Terms and Conditions

Placing an order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have taken your order and received payment, we will e-mail you and or call to confirm that we accept your order, confirming that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

 

Delivery

Delivery charges are individual subject to size weight and distance; the delivery price will be communicated to you at the time of ordering. Whilst we do everything to get the units to you within 10-12 days of the occasionally it could take longer and this will be communicated to you by TEXT, EMAIL and a CALL. This means that, if parts are on back order delivery can take longer in these case we will advise you of the estimated delivery date.

If you don’t receive your goods within the informed ETA of ordering or they are damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

 

Cancellation

This cancellation and returns policy applies only to consumer contracts, made between us and a natural person who is acting for purposes outside of their business.

 

Returns

1.     All Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase

2.     The original invoice must accompany all returns.

3.     Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, and undamaged.

4.     All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

5.     Refunds on cuts and other non-standard or custom prepped parts are subject to a 30% labor charge.

6.     All cores must be drained of fluids and complete as sold in order to obtain credit.

7.     Deposits or pre-paid special order parts are non-refundable. Credit memos expire one year from the date of return.


Price Adjustment

1.     All requests for price adjustments must be made within 10 days of the original invoice date.

2.     Price adjustments will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price.

3.     The part for which a price adjustment is being requested needs to be in returnable condition.

4.     Yard may require documentation or photos of the damage as justification of any price adjustment.

5.     All price adjustments are for in-store credit. Credit memos expire one year from the date of issuance.


WARRANTY INFORMATION

1)     Engines

a)     30 Days part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted on your invoice. All claims for warranty must be made within this time. Any claim made after the expiration of the warranty will not be considered.

b)     The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty.

c)     The defective part must be returned to Yard for replacement.

d)     The warranty term is based on the original purchase date.

e)     If the warranty is with the labor then it will be upheld.


2) Transmissions

a)     30 Days part replacement warranty applies unless otherwise noted on your invoice. All claims for warranty must be made within this time.

b)     Any claim made after the expiration of the warranty will not be considered.

c)     The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty.

d)     Defective driveline components must be made available for inspection by the yard or a representative of the Yard while still installed in the vehicle for the purpose of analysis before warranty coverage will be considered.

e)     New fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets must be used in the installation of the driveline component. All lubricants and fluids used must be of the type recommended by the manufacturer.

f)      Receipts for installation items must accompany the claim for warranty.

g)     Parts and Labor warranties might be available for additional cost and will be indicated on your invoice.

h)     Labor claims will be paid based on the A Z Garage Management Team at a rate of $80.00 per hour. Labor warranties are limited to the lesser of the purchase price of the component only.

i)       A Z Garage reserves the right to provide warranty repair at a facility of its choice.
Labor claims will only be paid if a parts and labor warranty is indicated on your invoice.
The warranty term is based on the original purchase date.


3) General

a)     Parts installed in vehicles used for Testing, racing will not be covered in any warranty.

b)     All warranties are for the original purchaser only.

c)     Warranties are not transferable.
